These terms govern your use of thesustainableproductivity.com and anything you buy through it. By using the site you accept them.

1. Who you're dealing with

2. Using the site

You may read, share and quote from this site freely, with attribution and a link back. You may not republish articles in full, present the material as your own, scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for others, or resell any part of it.

3. Your account

Membership accounts are free. You are responsible for the email address you register and for anything done through your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

We may suspend an account that is abusing the comments, the newsletter, or the free resources.

4. What we sell

  • TSP Method Online Course — €97, one-time. Live online classes twice a week, plus permanent access to the recordings, 12 months of community access, and the Notion Operating System template. Sold and fulfilled through Hotmart.
  • TSP Premium Mentorship — €600. Twelve weeks: six 1:1 sessions of 60 minutes on a bi-weekly cadence, an asynchronous channel between sessions, and full course access. Paid through Stripe.
  • Workshops — Product Management in the Agentic Era, at Level 01 (€2,000), Level 02 (€3,000) and Level 03 (€5,500), plus VAT. Paid through Stripe, or by invoice on request.
  • Free resources — templates and the 5-day email course, in exchange for your email address.

Prices shown to consumers include VAT where applicable. Workshop prices are quoted excluding VAT, as those are business-to-business sales.

5. Payment

We are not the payment processor. Course purchases go through Hotmart, which is the merchant of record for that transaction. Mentorship and workshop payments go through Stripe. Your card details never reach this website.

For business purchases we can issue an invoice — for EU businesses with a valid VAT number, the reverse charge applies.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason.

For digital content delivered immediately, that right does not apply where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. Where the checkout asks you to confirm this, confirming it means the 14-day right no longer applies.

This does not affect the guarantees in §7, which are more generous than the law requires.

7. Guarantees and refunds

  • Online Course — 15-day money-back guarantee. Email within 15 days of purchase and you get a full refund, no questions. Refunds are handled by Hotmart.
  • Premium Mentorship — 100% refund if you do not save at least 10 hours a week by day 30. You'll need to have attended the scheduled sessions and done the work; the guarantee is for the method not working, not for the programme not being used.
  • Workshops — cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in the individual agreement for each engagement.

8. This is not medical, psychological or financial advice

The Sustainable Productivity Method is an education and coaching product about managing your time and energy. It is not medical advice, psychological treatment, or a substitute for professional care.

Burnout can be a serious condition. If you are struggling with your mental or physical health, please speak to a doctor or a qualified mental health professional. Nothing here should delay you doing that.

Any results described on this site are individual experiences and are not a promise of what you will achieve.

9. Liability

The site and its content are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the site or the material on it.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

The site links to third parties — Hotmart, Stripe, Gumroad, Google Calendar, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and sources cited in articles. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their terms.

11. Intellectual property

The Sustainable Productivity Method name, the site content, the course material, the templates and the design belong to CEU Consultoria Empírica Unipessoal Lda, unless credited otherwise. Buying a product gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. It does not let you redistribute it, teach it commercially, or resell it.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the last change. Material changes affecting an active purchase will be sent to you by email.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portugal law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
