About the method

The Sustainable Productivity Method (TSP) is a way of working that treats your energy as the scarce resource, not your time. It was built by Erick Stoic, a former workaholic who spent years mentoring teams and leaders at GPTW Brazil, PagSeguro, Everis, NTT Data, Banco Itaú, Nubank, Galp and Novobanco, and who burned out doing it.

The premise is simple. Burnout is not a boss you beat by grinding. Most productivity advice is built on hustle, and hustle is what produces burnout in the first place. TSP is built on energy management and sustained practice instead, so you work with your natural rhythms rather than against them.

The four core values

Everything on this site comes back to four rules.

  1. Study in small batches. Balance studying with experimenting. Nobody needs another twelve-hour course they never finish.
  2. Scientific experimentation. Best practices are hypotheses. Give each one a 14-day trial, measure, and keep only what works for you.
  3. Reflect and adapt. Improvise, adapt, overcome. Weekly reviews keep the system honest as your life changes.
  4. Take care of your health. The core of the core. Sleep, breaks and healthy habits are not rewards for finishing the work. They are what makes the work possible.

What is here

  • The blog. Field notes on sustainable productivity: experiments, failures, AI tooling, and what actually survived contact with a real calendar. Every claim is sourced, and every article is written to be useful on its own.
  • Free templates. The Non-Negotiable Habit Tracker and the Neuro-Flow Daily Checklist, in Notion and Google Sheets. They sit behind a free account so the email stays with the site rather than a third-party store. No card, and one email when a new template lands.
  • The TSP Method Online Course. Three weeks, one quest per week, live classes recorded and yours to keep. This is the entry point for individuals.
  • Premium mentorship and team workshops. For people and teams who need the method shaped around their real context, including a workshop series on product management in the agentic era.

Prices are round numbers, guarantees are written down, and the refund policy is public. If something here looks like hype, it is a bug. Tell me.

Who this is for

Knowledge workers, leaders, product managers, engineers and founders who want to keep their ambition and lose the exhaustion. It is method-agnostic: if you already run GTD, Kanban, time-blocking or nothing at all, TSP sits on top rather than replacing it. It works with AI in your workflow or without it.

The short version

Steady beats frantic. Start with the online course, read the blog, grab the free templates, or get in touch.
