TSP Method Online Course — €97
15-day money-back guarantee. No questions, no bureaucracy.
The course is sold through Hotmart, which is the merchant of record. Request the refund inside Hotmart within 15 days of purchase and it's processed automatically. You don't need to explain yourself.
TSP Premium Mentorship — €600
If you don't save at least 10 hours a week by day 30, you get your money back.
This is a results guarantee, not a change-of-mind guarantee, and it's deliberately generous — by day 30 you'll have had two or three of the six sessions, so I'm carrying most of the risk.
What I need from you to honour it:
- You attended the sessions scheduled in the first 30 days
- You actually ran the experiments we agreed on
- You watch the lessons and put the recommended habits into practice
- You tell me before day 30, not after
That's not fine print designed to trap you. It's the difference between "the method didn't work for you" — which I'll refund without argument — and "the programme went unused", which is a different conversation and one I'd rather have early.
If you're an EU consumer, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. The 30-day guarantee above is more generous than the statutory right either way.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After day 30, sessions already delivered are non-refundable; unused sessions can be credited toward a future engagement.
Workshops — €2,000 / €3,000 / €5,500
Workshops are different, and I want to be straight about why.
When you book a date, I block it. I stop taking other work for that day, I build materials against your team's context, and the free diagnostic that precedes it is unpaid preparation. A cancellation two days out isn't a refund — it's a day I can no longer sell.
So the notice you give me is what determines the refund:

Rescheduling is free and unlimited with more than 30 days' notice. I would always rather move a date than lose the engagement, so talk to me early — the ladder above exists for late cancellations, not for planning changes.
If I have to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you get a full refund or a date of your choosing, whichever you prefer.
Not satisfied after the workshop? Tell me within 7 days with specifics. I'll either come back and fix it at no charge, or refund the level's fee. I've never had to do either, and I'd like to keep it that way — but the offer is real.
Workshops are business-to-business, so consumer withdrawal rights don't apply. These terms are the agreement.

How to request a refund
Email support@thesustainableproductivity.com with your name, what you bought, and the date. For the course, use Hotmart directly — it's faster.
I aim to reply within two working days and to process approved refunds within five.
