Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible
CEU Consultoria Empírica Unipessoal Lda, Soares Oliveira Street, 101, 4º Esq.º, Freguesia Oliveira do Douro, Concelho Vila Nova de Gaia, City Porto, postal code 4430-552, Portugal. VAT number PT517868059.
For any privacy question, or to exercise any of the rights below, email support@thesustainableproductivity.com.
The short version
- This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
- Analytics here are cookieless and don't identify you across sessions or devices.
- You only give us your email if you deliberately subscribe or buy something.
- We never sell your data, and we don't share it for advertising.
What we collect, and why
If you just read the site
Ghost's built-in analytics record aggregate page views, referrer, and rough location at country level. This uses no cookies and no persistent browser storage. Unique visitors are counted within rolling 24-hour windows and cannot be linked across sessions, browsers, or devices.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest (understanding whether the site is useful).
- Retention: aggregate figures only; no individual profile is created.
If you subscribe to the newsletter or a free resource
We store your email address, the date you subscribed, and which form you used. If you open or click a newsletter, our email provider records that.
Free templates and the 5-day email course are delivered by creating a free membership account for you. That is the exchange: the resource is free, and your email is how we deliver it and stay in touch.
- Legal basis: consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us.
- Retention: until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days.
If you buy something
Payments are not processed by this website. We never see or store your card details.
- TSP Method Online Course — sold through Hotmart, which acts as merchant of record and handles the transaction and its tax obligations. Hotmart's privacy policy governs that purchase.
- Premium Mentorship and workshops — paid through Stripe. Stripe processes your payment details directly; we receive only your name, email, billing country and the fact that payment succeeded, which we need to deliver the service and meet our invoicing and tax obligations.
- Legal basis: performance of a contract, and legal obligation for tax records.
- Retention: invoicing records are kept securely archived for 10 years from the end of the tax year to which they relate, as required by Portugal tax law.
If you book a call
The free Flow Diagnostic and Scoping Call use Google Calendar appointment booking. Google collects the name, email and any notes you enter on that booking form. That data sits in Google's systems under Google's privacy policy, and in our calendar.
- Legal basis: consent, and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

Cookies
A standard Ghost site sets only essential cookies — the ones that keep you signed in to your membership account. These cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in, and they do not track you across other websites.
Because we currently run no advertising, no third-party chat widget, and no cookie-based analytics, this site does not show a cookie consent banner. That is a deliberate design decision, not an oversight.
About Google Analytics
Google Analytics is not currently active on this site.
If we enable it, we will at the same time: publish a cookie consent banner that is deny-by-default with a working reject button, load Analytics only after consent, run Google Consent Mode v2, and update this policy and the Cookie Policy before the change goes live. Until you see that banner, no Analytics cookies are being set.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to: give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Email support@thesustainableproductivity.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also delete your own membership account at any time from your account page.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top and — where the change affects how we use data you've already given us — tell subscribers by email.
